Michael Sochatsky, a Canadian Developer, found the special magic of Costa Rica so irresistible, he pulled up his Northern roots and moved here 15 years ago. 

His latest project, Villas Las Ventanas, blends his local knowledge and the creative design process of Patrick Rey, a well known French designer who shares Michael’s love of the gold coast.

With Patrick’s design and Michael’s attention to detail, Las Ventanas on Playa Junquillal, is truly an oasis on an un-crowded, pristine coast.
